With 40 years in corporate roles, including as Orica Mining Services CEO, Philippe specialises in industrial environments, strategic recovery, and governance. He serves as an ASX-listed NED and chairs multiple boards.

Philippe has over 40 years corporate experience as a listed company CEO and ASX100 Non-executive Director. He has worked in industrial environments including commodity and specialty chemicals, mining services and currency manufacture spanning product types from basic commodities to highly specialised disruptive new technologies.
In his 25-year career with Orica Limited, Philippe was General Manager – Watercare, Group General Manager – Chloralkali and Global CEO – Orica Mining Services. During this time he also held senior corporate strategic planning roles based in Orica USA and was Managing Director of Orica EMEA based in Germany. After leaving Orica, Philippe was recruited as CEO of Securency Pty Ltd to lead the cultural and strategic recovery of that business after a high profile bribery and corruption event. Philippe is a Non-Executive Director at a number of ASX listed corporations, is Chairman of a private equity infrastructure company and Chairs Group 1 at the CEO Circle.
Throughout his career, Philippe has had a passion for the development of others and for building long term organisational capability through coaching and mentoring. He has operated as both coach and coachee and understands the value that effective coaching can bring to executive performance.
Philippe is married, has two sons and is a keen participant in motorsport and wine appreciation.
